Don’t spare nobody, just preach the Word and stay right with It, just hammer right on away. If they throw you in jail, preach It in jail. If you’re put anywhere else, preach everwhere you go; just keep on going, preaching.

If you want to see a miracle, become one. Let God work on you first. He’s got some overhauling to do, some different lenses to put over your eyes, because you’re blind, dead in sin and trespasses, spiritually blind, double dead. That’s right. God has to give you Life, touch your eyes so you can see, perform a miracle, and make you a miracle, and then you can see the miracle-working God. That’s the first thing.

Take a Christian sometime and put him under a strain and watch how he acts, and you can tell what he’s made out of. Everybody can go good; everybody can praise the Lord while the Holy Spirit’s a falling in a congregation of people. But let trouble arise and watch what takes place.

If we take the testimony of being Christians, I think that that is one of the most solemn things that a man or a woman, boy or girl, could do, would. When he takes on the Name of Christ, that he is going to be a representative of Christ, you should watch every move you make, because somebody is watching you. And, in this, it reflects what’s God has done for you, inside of you.

Have you ever noticed how the people who lead others astray bind them closely to themselves by fear? They say that if the people don’t do what they say, or if they leave, then destruction will follow. They are false prophets, for a true prophet will always lead one to the Word and bind the people to Jesus Christ and he won’t tell the people to fear him or what he says.

What the church needs: is a revival to shake from it all the worldliness and the things of the world, and bring back purity and holiness of God in the hearts of its believers: humility. Why, man as soon as a… They don’t get a revival once in a while in their spirit, they become so carnal and so indifferent, till they get self-styled, starchy, self righteous.
